Returns
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any items that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
All used or unpacked items are not accepted for return.
If you find that the product has defective (non-human damage), Please contact us within 3 days to make a replacement application within 3 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
20% Restocking fee of the item price would be charged for ANY returned item.
Shipping fee refund
Delivery delay:
18airsoft will not be responsible for all delay compensation except the freight company is responsible for compensation. For details, please check the relevant transportation agency website.
Undeliverable:
If the delivery address information provided is incorrect/incomplete, resulting in undeliverable goods, all related shipping costs will be charged by shipper and will not be returned. If additional shipping costs are involved, the recipient must pay for such shipping costs.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over HK$300, you should consider using shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
